Not only do they offer a superior product to other buyer’s agencies they were such a pleasure to work with and I have no doubt we would not have been successful in purchasing the property we did if it weren’t for them. They are authentic, transparent all round great guys.

A point of difference when we were considering engaging a buyer’s agent that made Sam and Chayse stand out was their T&Cs. They utilise a standard REIQ contract, whereas all other buyer’s agents we considered had bespoke clauses that, in my personal opinion, aren’t fair. On this basis alone they have a superior offering, but their service is something else and ultimately they secured us our (hopefully) forever home for a really great price!
