Eligibility:
Entry is open to all individuals aged 18 years and over.
To claim the prize, the winner must purchase a residential property within the Brisbane City Council area between 7 April 2026 and 31 December 2026.
The winner must be willing to be filmed/documented during their property search process.
Entrants must have an active Instagram account during the competition period and at the time of winner selection.
Entrants must continue following @happy.buyers.club until the winner is announced.

Like and comment on any post related to the competition and tag at least one other Instagram user.
Share any post related to the competition to your instagram stories
Multiple entries are encouraged and each additional comment tagging a unique user counts as a new entry.
Winner Selection:
All valid entries will be collated into a spreadsheet.
The winner will be drawn at random on 31 March 2026.
The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message and must respond within seven (7) days. If not, Happy Buyers Club reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
Prize:
The winner will receive buyers' agency full search and secure services delivered free of charge.
Services must be used to assist the winner in purchasing a residential property located within the Brisbane City Council area.
Services must be commenced between 7 April 2026 and 31 December 2026.
Prize Conditions:
Happy Buyers Club reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize at any time before the draw.
If the winner wishes to purchase property outside the eligible area, the prize is forfeited.
If the winner’s purchasing requirements are unrealistic for their budget or timeframes, Happy Buyers Club will work in good faith but cannot guarantee a successful purchase.
Happy Buyers Club may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process, use fake accounts, or otherwise breach these terms.
No cash alternative will be offered.
The prize is non-transferable.
Filming and Publicity:
The winner must consent to be filmed and for footage and photos to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
General:
Entrants must ensure their Instagram account remains active and continues to follow @happy.buyers.club until the winner is announced. Unfollowed accounts at the time of the draw will be deemed ineligible.
Happy Buyers Club is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or user error.
Any attempt to manipulate or falsify entries will result in disqualification.
Happy Buyers Club's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
